Reset windows 10 not working
I finally got windows defender working and it removed a threat (twice) but the problem remained. Prowess.D. I tried doing the reset your pc option but have the same symptoms of the little circle going for about 1 second then everything stopping. I can not find anything in the event viewer to indicate why it failed.
In windows 10 there is a option to rest option ( setting -> update and security ->recovery - > reset this PC). On some of the test machines which i installed Windows 10 enterprise from the scratch using the iso nothing appears when i clicked "reset this PC" option

its possible to fix reset but its easier to just do a full reinstall since you were doing a full reset anyway download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it ...
I'm trying to Reset a PC with Windows 10 installed. I want to completely reset it. I don't care about any personal files or software. I'd like to get a fresh version of Windows 10 on it the easy way. I was THINKING this feature of Windows 10 is just what I needed.
