I too have Windows 10 and no longer have a Movie DVD Maker app. I have contacted Microsoft to ask them to provide me with a compatible Movie DVD Maker program. I believe they are having a difficult time finding one that will work with Windows 10. Very frustrating...I needed it by tomorrow.

I finally got windows defender working and it removed a threat (twice) but the problem remained. Prowess.D. I tried doing the reset your pc option but have the same symptoms of the little circle going for about 1 second then everything stopping. I can not find anything in the event viewer to indicate why it failed.

Win 10 Clean install problem I removed a bad HDD, noisy but working, and replaced it with an SSD and tried a few times to install Win 10 without success. It completes then says it will reboot in 10 seconds and when it does it starts the process over and over.
